$1 billion Armstrong Creek Town Upgrade

Located south of Geelong on the Surf Coast Highway, Armstrong Creek is the gateway to the region’s surf coast and the largest connecting growth area in Victoria. The Armstrong Creek Town Centre will become home to over 100,000 residents, and will feature two business park areas that will provide future employment opportunities.

The Armstrong Creek Town Centre officially opened it’s doors in July 2020 providing residents of the area access to essential services and specialty stores with the addition of 5,460 new jobs once completed

Coles Supermarket forms part of the $1 billion Armstrong Creek Town Centre Development, creating a new shopping destination for Surf Coast residents complete with a new Town Square with more than 400 car spaces.

The first phase of the Town Centre covers 2 hectares and is expected to expand to 40 hectares by 2035 and is expected to serve over 58,000 people with this expected to reach around 110,000 residents by 2036.

Thus far the Town Centre has provided a sustainable and vibrant place for the community to shop, live, work and play.
